Through the range of my wines, I wanted to share with you the passion for my region, my profession, the flavour, the colour ……. constantly creating and surprising by the originality of my last creation, a late red wine harvest with one of my friend, a graphic artist, we were working on the lay out of the bottle.

- With a capital A symbolizing my first name Audrey, and the values like “Amour” (love), “Amitié” (friendship), “Authenticité” (authenticity).
- With very coloured labels reflecting my region with his fabulous mixture of violet and blue like the “lavender”, grapes and oranges, red, yellow with the fruits, the apricots, honey and finally a palette of green colours with the oak trees on the roots which truffles grows, the vineyards and nature.
- And finally, dreamers are seeing a sensual curve of an elegant woman.

100 % Grenach, vinification by direct pressure and bleeding.
A wine containing flavours of fresh red fruits and being spiced like the morning daw. It’s a wine of a very nice colour, a pretty brilliance, plenty of freshness and full of fragrance.
To be consumed fresh between 6 and 8°C, for aperitifs, delicatessen, grilled meat and traditional southern French meats.

50 % viognier, 25 % Rousanne, 25 % Grenache.
A choice with a majority of viognier to bring sweetness and fragrance with savours of apricots, honey and exotic fruits. A very floral wine, wine of a rich brilliant ruby which leaves a touch of fullness and succulent in the month. Vinification with pressing and blending in the vat. Clarification of the white and putting into tuns during 3 months. To be consumed fresh between 6 and 8°C, for aperitifs, on your salads, fish, shell-fish and white meat.

55 % Syrah, 45 % Grenache, a choice of blending with majority of Syrah, in order to give plenty of colour to the wine, to emphasize the flavours of red fruits like blackcurrants and blueberries with a highly spiced touch.
A traditional vinification: a daily remontage with a short fermenting of 10 days with supervising of the temperature.
A vinification for fresh fruit flavours, a very pleasant wine, very light which goes with the daily menu, the aperitif, delicatessen, grilled meat, without forgetting a chocolate dessert. Always as pleasant as the 2005 one, 12.5 % of alcohol, it’s a pleasure wine, charming and with a very lovely colour, to be consumed fresh between 12 and 16° C, to allow his flavours to be revealed.

70 % Syrah, 30 % Grenache, a wine 13.5 % of alcohol.
Traditional vinification, a daily remontage with a 25 days fermenting and supervision of the temperature. A long fermenting to take more of tannin, complexity and to emphasize the flavours of the red and black fruits. Aged in oaked tuns for 7 months, to have wooded savours of fragrance and grace, which will give also a succulent fullness to the wine.
Lea will reveal the flavours of dark ripe fruits, with touches as grilled, toasted, caramel and “lavender”. My advice: to be drunk at a room temperature with saucy dishes, with meat, spiced dishes and with cheese.

100 % Grenache Harvested in the hand, pressed in the former(ancient) and the breeding in oak barrel
The realization of this sweet wine is made for half by leaving the grapes on origins(stumps) (surmaturité, collects(harvests) in the course of November), and for the other half, by collecting(harvesting) in maturity, then the grape séche in a barn as the straw wine.
A wonderful sharpness(delicacy), a greater curvature, a bouquet of aromas of fruits, and a sweetness which will delight your papillae. We obtain a full wine about 50 grams of natural sugars with an alcoholic degree of 14 °.
This late harvest is made to accompany your apéritifs, your desserts, sweet / salty dishes, as with a Roquefort, a roast(joint) in prunes
My advice(council): to drink freshly, on a note of chocolate: a real greed.
